自艺术学成为独立学科门类之后,艺术学各学科的优势和声誉也随之不断提升。与其他艺术学科相比,舞蹈学科呈现出后发优势。作为国内舞蹈学科的领头羊,北京舞蹈学院在不断发展中呈现出整体上扬的良好趋势。在整体趋势、学科发展、研究生教育质量、专业发展方面,"北舞"除了继续保持"舞蹈家摇篮"的传统优势,同时还兼顾当下社会对舞蹈艺术人才的需求变化。文章通过与"北舞"四位校领导的对谈,可以揭示出中国舞蹈高等教育的发展现状和未来发展趋势。

Since art has become an independent field of disciplines, the advantages and reputations of various disciplines of art have constantly enhanced. Compared with other artistic disciplines, dance shows a latecomer advantage. As the leader of domestic dance discipline in China, Beijing Dance Academy has shown a forward momentum of overall improvement in its continuous development. In addition to maintaining traditional advantages as "cradle of dancers" in the overall trend, discipline development, postgraduate education and specialty development and adjustment, Beijing Dance Academy also takes into account the current social needs and changes for dance talents. Through the dialogues with four leaders of Beijing Dance Academy, we can reveal the current situation and future trend of higher dance education in China.
