基于案例教学与翻转课堂结合模式的应用型人才培养研究——临床专业学生法医学教学探索 被引量:6

Research on the cultivation of applied talents based on the combination of case teaching and flipping classroom

摘要 目的探索案例结合翻转法教学模式在临床专业法医学授课中应用效果。方法选取临床专业本科2个班级,分别采用传统教学方法(对照组)和案例结合翻转法教学模式(实验组),比较两种教学方法的课堂效果满意度、课堂讨论效果比较以及期末考试成绩的差别。结果新型教学模式,学生的课堂满意度有明显提高(P<0.01);课堂讨论效果也有明显差别(P<0.01);期末考试成绩实验组比对照组有明显提高(P<0.01)。结论案例结合翻转法教学模式对培养临床专业学生学习法医学有重要意义。 Objective To explore the effects of case-integrated flipping teaching mode in clinical specialty forensic medicine teaching. Methods Traditional teaching methods(control group) and case-integrated flipping teaching mode(experimental group) were applied to two undergraduate classes in clinical specialties,,difference in students’ satisfaction of the teaching methods, the classroom discussion effects, and the results of the final exams were compared. Results With the new teaching mode, the students’ classroom satisfaction was improved significantly(P<0.01);the class discussion effects were significantly different(P<0.01);the final test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion The case-integrated flipping teaching mode is of great significance for cultivating clinical medical students to study forensic medicine.
