摘要 电站锅炉是火力发电厂的三大主机之一,其设备复杂,运行工况为高温高压的极端环境,一旦失效将导致蒸汽泄漏或爆炸等严重后果,无损检测技术可以降低设备发生失效的概率。文章分阶段(制造、安装、定期检验)地对无损检测技术的应用进行阐述;分析了电站锅炉应用无损检测技术的重要性;阐述了电站锅炉无损检测新技术的应用,包括定量光谱分析、TOFD、相控阵超声检测、X射线数字成像和声发射检测;对未来电站锅炉的无损检测技术发展方向进行总结,指出了急需发展的方向。 Power station boiler is one of the three main engines of thermal power plant, the equipment is complex, its operating condition is high temperature and high pressure extreme environment, its failure will lead to steam leakage or explosion and other serious consequences.Nondestructive testing technology can reduce the probalility of equipment failure.Firstly, the application of NDT technology is described in stages (manufacturing, installation, periodic inspection). Then, the importance of nondestructive testing (NDT) in power plant boilers is analyzed.Finally, the application of new nondestructive testing technology for power plant boilers is described, including quantitative spectrum analysis, TOFD, phased array ultrasonic testing, X-ray digital imaging and acoustic emission testing. The development direction of nondestructive testing technology of power station boiler in the future is summarized, and the urgent development direction is listed.
