摘要
风能作为一种可再生的清洁能源,其潜在价值无可估量。对于风能的应用,人们早在风力发电之前就将风力用于磨面、抽水等活动中,通过风能创造带动生产活动的经济力。事实上,风力发电的真正历史源于18世纪一场席卷英法的狂风。狂风造成的灾难人民估计出该场风暴的风在数秒钟内就发出了一千万马力(即750万kW)的能量,有人便估计出全世界可供发电的风力资源产生的电能是水力发电的10倍,自此,为风力发电打开了大门。风力发电的关键是发电设备及其基础设施,风电工程的建设是保障风力发电高效安全发电的关键。文章主要介绍了风电工程建设的发展现状,分析了风电工程建设中的管理模式和存在的风险因素,探究了如何降低或规避风电工程建设管理模式中的风险因素,以提高风电工程建设的安全性和风力发电运行的安全性。
The potential value of wind energy as a renewable clean energy source is incalculable. For the application of wind energy, people used oxygen for grinding, pumping and other activities long before the wind power generation, and created the economic power to drive production activities through wind energy. In fact, the true historical source of wind power generation is the gale that swept Britain and France in the 18th century. The people of the storm estimated that the wind of the storm had emitted 10 million horsepower(7.5 million kilowatts) in a matter of seconds. Some people estimated that the resources available for generating electricity in the world were 10 times that of hydropower. Since then, It opens the door to wind power. We know that the key to wind power generation is power generation equipment and its infrastructure, so the construction of wind power engineering is the key to ensuring the efficient and safe generation of wind power. This article mainly introduces the development status of wind power engineering and its wind power engineering construction, analyzes the management mode in the construction of wind power engineering, the risk factors in the construction of wind power engineering, and explores how to reduce or evade the risk factors in the management mode of wind power engineering construction. In order to improve the safety of wind power engineering construction and wind power operation safety.
