牵混所内典型事故分析和综合治理

摘要 文章通过仔细分析地铁牵引降压混合变电所内典型事故,结合地铁实际,提出综合治理方案,将地铁运营内里的“人”“机”“环境”“管理”等各个要素进行“双闭环”综合治理。最终,实现地铁牵引降压混合变电所长期安全、稳定运行,达到“人机和谐”的目的。 By carefully analyzing the typical accidents of the traction and step-down hybrid substation of metro, and combining with the actual situation of metro, a comprehensive treatment scheme is put forward. The comprehensive treatment of the "people","machine","environment" and "management" elements in the operation of Metro is carried out in a "double closedloop" way. Finally, the long-term safe and stable operation of metro traction and step-down hybrid substation is realized, and the goal of "man-machine harmony" is achieved.
