摘要
协调耦合模型可以从整体视域反映高等教育规模与区域经济两个变量系统的协同发展水平。以在校本专科生数、研究生数以及专任教师数构建高等教育规模子系统,以人均GDP、居民消费水平以及资本形成总额构建区域经济子系统。基于上述指标体系的实证分析表明,2001-2017年上海市高等教育规模子系统与区域经济子系统综合发展水平的协调度总体呈上升趋势。高等教育规模子系统发展水平于2010年,到2012年出现小幅下降,而区域经济子系统发展水平保持稳定。提升二者协同性的对策包括:专业设置与培养模式契合经济社会需求、适度扩大高等教育规模以及提升教师的综合教学能力。
The coordinated coupling model could reflect the synergy of the higher-education-scale subsystem and the regional-economy subsystem from a systematic perspective. The higher-education-scale subsystem is constructed with the number of junior college students, graduate students and full-time teachers. The regional-economy subsystem is constructed with per capita GDP, household consumption and capital formation. Coordinated coupling analysis shows that the comprehensive synergy level between the subsystems of higher education scale and regional economy from 2001 to 2017 has been rising steadily.The development level of the higher-education-scale subsystem has been generally on the rise with slight decline from 2010 to 2012. The development level of the regional-economy subsystem remained rising steadily. Countermeasures to improve the synergy between the two subsystems include:adjusting major setting and training mode to meet economic and social needs, moderately expand the scale of higher education, and enhance teachers' comprehensive teaching capability.
