摘要
为了解青少年浪漫关系的现状及其与心理健康的关系,使用浪漫关系问卷、一般健康问卷(GHQ-20)对303名处在青春期的职校生进行调查。发现:青少年浪漫关系程度和心理健康水平均为中等偏上;青少年浪漫关系在性别、是否独生、不同成长环境等人口学背景上存在显著差异,不同年级间差异不显著;浪漫关系高水平组和低水平组的青少年的心理健康水平和焦虑程度上存在显著差异;不同性别青少年的浪漫关系与心理健康之间的相关关系存在差别:男生的成长环境和忧郁与浪漫关系显著相关,且显著预测其浪漫关系;女生的自我肯定与浪漫关系显著相关,且显著预测其浪漫关系。建议:针对青少年个体在浪漫关系中不同的需求特点因材施教,通过加强心理健康教育以促进青少年浪漫关系的良性发展,并依此帮助青少年有效应对同一性危机。
To investigate the level and influencing factors of the Romantic Relationship of adolescent, the authors made a survey of 303 secondary technical vocational school students by using the romantic relationship questionnaire and the general health questionnaire (GHQ-20). Results:The level of romantic relationship and mental health of adolescents were above the average;The adolescent romantic relationship significantly differs in different demography background such as the gender , being the only child in the family or not and different growing environment. However, their grade doesn't cause significant difference in this aspect;There was significant difference in the level of mental health and anxiety between the high level and the low level of the romantic relationship;There was a difference in male and female adolescents about their correlation between romantic relationship and mental health. The growing environment and depression of a male student is significantly related and predictive to his romantic relationship. The female's self-affirmation is significantly related to the romantic relationship, and their romantic relationship is significantly predicted by it. Suggestions:Teachers should individualize teaching according to the characteristics and needs of the romantic relationship of adolescent;Schools should emphasize mental health to make sure their students' romantic relationship can be well developed, and then make them cope with the unification effectively.
