摘要
创新型人才培养是创新时代对人才培养的新要求,也是创新驱动战略对高等教育变革的新要求。大学生创新能力结构是有关大学生对创新创业的态度、认知、能力的集合,是创新型人才培养的核心能力目标。创新实践能力是大学生创新能力外化的重要表征和能力要求。调研大学生创新能力结构与创新能力现状有助于更好地推动大学生创新型人才的培养。
The cultivation of innovative talents is a new requirement for talent cultivation in the era of innovation,as well as a new requirement of innovation-driven strategy for higher education reform.The structure of college students′innovative ability is a collection of their attitudes,perceptions and abilities towards innovation and entrepreneurship.It is the core competence goal of cultivating innovative talents.Innovative practical ability is an important representation and ability requirement of the externalization of the students′innovative ability.Investigating the structure and current situation of college students′innovative ability will help to better promote the cultivation of innovative talents.
