时间理论视域中大学生网络安全素养培育研究

Research on the Cultivation of College Students′ Network Security Literacy from the Perspective of Time Theory

新时代网络安全已上升为国家战略,网络安全教育成为高校安全教育的重要内容。大学生是我国建设网络强国的后备军,提升他们的网络安全素养符合时代发展要求。培育大学生网络安全素养的核心要义旨在引导他们树立正确的网络安全观,其保障机制主要体现在强化政策引领、落实制度安排和创新教育模式三个方面。文章借鉴时间理论的构成要素来探索网络安全教育实践,对创新大学生网络安全教育路径具有启发意义。从时间理论视域来看,培育大学生网络安全素养的有效路径包括:把握网络安全教育时点,优化网络安全教育时序,利用网络安全教育时机,注重网络安全教育时效。

In the new era,network security has been upgraded to a national strategy,and network security education should be taken as an important part of college security education.College students are the reserve treasure for China to build a network power,and improving theirliteracy of network security is in line with the development requirements of the times.The core of cultivating college students′network security literacy is to guide them to establish a correct network security concept and its guarantee mechanism is mainly embodied in three aspects:strengthening policy guidance,implementing institutional arrangement and innovating educational model.Learning from the elements of time theory to explore the practice of network security education has enlightening significance to innovate the path of network security education for college students.From the perspective of time theory,the effective path to the cultivation of college students′network security literacy is to grasp the time point of network security education,optimize its time sequence,make use of the opportunity of network security education,and pay attention to its time effect.
