摘要
文章对数字经济与传统商业融合的新形态——新零售做了探讨,从传统商业的“人、货、场”三个方面进行思考,分析了传统商业数字化转型的必要性,论述了数字经济与传统商业融合的痛点及难点,结合部分品牌产品在新零售领域尝试的案例,提出了两者融合的模式及解决方案。
It discusses the paradigm of China new business, the new type of retail, which is well integrated the traditional commerce with the digital economy. The person, the goods, and the shopping location of the traditional commerce are reflected, and then the necessity of the digital transformation from the traditional one is analyzed. The frustrated point and the difficult point of the integration are also illustrated in it. Furthermore, the integrated model and the solution towards the integration of them, combined with the cases about some of the brand name products in the field of the new type of retail, are put forward.
