The origin of Habermas’ Philosophy of Right is directly related to other scholars’ criticism of Discourse Ethics and Habermas’ self-criticism. Hegel’s criticism of “emptiness”to Kant’s philosophy is a problem that Discourse Ethics must be faced with and solved, which indicates that Hegel’s consideration of the normative problem is of great significance to the overall conception of Habermas’Philosophy of Right and has an inherent relation with Habermas’ overall position of rebuilding the normal order of modern society.
