摘要
对国内10所高校专业学位研究生校外导师队伍建设现状进行调研,对当前面临的现实困境进行分析,提出校外导师评聘标准需进一步明确、权利需进一步落实、管理需进一步完善;校外导师隶属单位多样、岗位流动频繁和身份认同缺失是造成上述困境的主要原因;在此基础上提出进一步加强校外导师队伍建设的政策建议。
The paper conducts survey and research on the construction of professional degree postgraduates off-campus mentor team in ten domestic colleges,analyzes the difficulties in the current situation ,and proposes that the standard of conferring of academic titles and employment should be clarified ,their corresponding rights should be awarded and management should be improved.Off-campus mentors belong to different units,and their frequent mobility and lack of identity are the main reasons of the difficulties.Further policy suggestions are put forward to strengthen the construction of off-campus mentor team.
