Multiple Medicinal Chemistry Teaching Exploration:Trained for Drug Discovery

作为本科药学教育核心课程的药物化学,如何回归并提升其教学质量,以适应我国创新药物研发需求,是亟待解决的问题。以创新药物研究为课程主线,多元的教学和评价课程体系,结合新药开发专家的亲身实践交流,授人以渔,提高学生对药物化学和新药研发的认知。

It is urgent to improve the teaching quality of Medicinal Chemistry,one of the core courses for undergraduates in pharmacy,to meet the needs of innovative drug discovery in China.The paper conducts useful exploration with the innovative drug research as the main stream through the whole process.Multidisciplinary teaching and evaluation system as well as lectures and discussions with experts with new drug development experiences aims to teach students methods,which has boosted the students cognition on Medicinal Chemistry and new drug development.
