摘要
针对预选卫生士官培训药物常识课程教学中存在的问题进行教学诊改。根据学员数据库统计,从授课内容、教员遴选、授课方式、教学总结等方面提出了教学诊改措施。根据学员数据库统计表明,教学诊改后教学效果提升显著:认为教学效果很好的学员比例增加超20%,认为教学效果一般的学员比例下降近20%,且认为教学效果很差的学员几乎为零。此研究成果可为兄弟院校和部队掌握卫生士官培训学情提供数据支撑,亦可为类似课程教育教学诊改提供方法借鉴和思路参考。
In view of the problems existing in the teaching of Medicine General Knowledge course for pre-selected health non-commissioned officer training,the teaching reform were carried out.Through the statistical data of cadets database,the measures of teaching diagnosis reform are put forward from the aspects of teaching content,teacher selection,teaching method and teaching summary.According to the statistical data of the student database,the teaching effect has been improved significantly after the reform:the proportion of students who think the teaching effect is good has increased by more than 20%,the proportion of students who think the teaching effect is normal has decreased by nearly 20%,and the proportion of students who think the teaching effect is poor is almost zero.The research results of this paper can provide data support for other colleges and units to master the training situation of health officers,and also provide methods and ideas for teaching and reform of similar courses,which has good practical value.
