NFE2L3在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

The expression of NFE2L3 in human non-small cell lung cancer and its clinical significance

目的:探讨核因子E2相关因子3(NFE2L3)在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达情况及临床意义。方法:从川北医学院附属医院收集非小细胞肺癌36例(肺鳞癌)及癌旁组织,采用免疫组化方法检测NFE2L3的表达差异与临床参数的关系。结果:肺癌组织与癌旁组织的NFE2L3阳性表达率分别为77.8%(28/36)、13.9%(5/36),肺癌组织NFE2L3阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.001)。在非小细胞肺癌组织中,NFE2L3的表达水平在不同分化程度、淋巴结转移中的差异有统计学意义,而与患者年龄、性别无关(P>0.05)。结论:NFE2L3在非小细胞肺癌组织中表达量显著升高,并与转移密切相关。

Objective:To explore the NFE2L3's expression in human non-small cells lung cancer and its clinical significance.Methods:Specimens were collected from Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College,included 36 cases(non-small cells lung cancer)and 36 cases(margin tissue).Specimens were stained through IHC with NFE2L3 antibodies.Results:The rates of NFE2L3 positive expression in non-small cells lung cancer and margin tissues reached 77.8%and 13.9%respectively.There was significant difference of NFE2L3 expression between non-small cells lung cancer tissues and margin tissues(P<0.001).In non-small cells lung cancer,NFE2L3 expression difference was statistically significant with different degrees of differentiation,lymph node metastasis.The positive expression of PKM2 was no significant correlation with age,gender.Conclusion:NFE2L3 is highly expressed and connected with different degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis in human non-small cell lung cancer.
