摘要
目的:探讨前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)含量和前列腺癌(PCA)组织中Clusterin、Kindlin-2蛋白阳性表达的相关性,研究前列腺癌的治疗策略。方法:45例前列腺增生和55例前列腺癌组织应用免疫组织化学方法检测凋亡蛋白Kindlin-2、Clusterin的表达并检测对应病例的血浆PSA含量。结果:Clusterin、Kindlin-2蛋白在前列腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为50.9%(28/55)、63.6%(35/55),Clusterin和Kindlin-2蛋白在前列腺增生组织中的阳性表达率分别为0(0/45)、51.1%(23/45)。在前列腺癌和前列腺增生组织中Clusterin和Kindlin-2阳性表达率具有统计学差异(P<0.05);Clusterin和Kindlin-2蛋白表达与前列腺癌病理分级、临床分期、转移情况和PSA含量相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合检测Kindlin-2、Clusterin蛋白和PSA可为前列腺癌提供一种新的联合检查方法。
Objective:To detect the expression of Kindlin-2,Clusterin and PSA and their correlation in prostate cancer(PCA),we investigated the methods of therapy to PCA.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was employed to measure the expression of Kindlin-2 and Clusterin in 55 cases of prostatic cancer and 45 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia and PSA in prostate.Results:In prostatic cancer tissue,the positive expression rates of Clusterin and Kindlin-2 were 50.9%(28/55),63.6%(35/55).In benign prostatic hyperplasia tissue,the positive expression rates of Kindlin-2 and Clusterin were 0(0/45),51.1%(23/45).The positive expression of Kindlin-2 and Clusterin between prostatic cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia was significantly different(P<0.05).The positive expression of Kindlin-2 and Clusterin were related with the histologic grade,clinical stage,metastasis and PSA(P<0.05).Conclusion:The joint detection of Kindlin-2,Clusterin and PSA may offer a new method of joint inspection for prostate cancer.
