摘要
信息时代的到来冲击着传统的教育理念和教学手段,现有的教师教育模式也随之不断调整变化。目前,我国不少师范院校已形成初具特色的教师教育模式,如“4+2”模式、“3+3”模式、U-G-S模式等。文章通过分析我国教师教育模式现状及问题,揭示其存在的原因,提出了相应的建议对策,以期对各个师范院校教师教育模式的完善以及整个高等教育的发展提供参考对策。
The arrival of the information age has impacted the traditional educational ideas and teaching methods, and the existing teacher education model has been constantly adjusted and changed. At present, many normal colleges and universities in our country have formed the teacher education model, such as “42” model,“3 3” model, U-G-S model and so on. Based on the analysis of the present situation and problems of teacher education model in China, this paper reveals the causes, and finally puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, in order to provide countermeasures for the improvement of teacher education mode in normal colleges and universities and the development of higher education as a whole.
