摘要
文章利用有限元软件ANSYS模拟4种不同型号管件在不同温度条件下热应力分布情况,对比约束条件对各型号管件热应力的影响。结果表明:管件的最大等效热应力值随温度的升高而增大,不同型号管件最大等效热应力值随温度变化趋势略有差别;最大等效热应力出现在管件端部,主要原因是管件端部周围区域材料变形不均匀和端部环形截面内外侧应力集中。
The thermal stress distribution of four different types of pipe at different temperatures was simulated by ANSYS, and the effects of constraint conditions were compared in this paper. The results showed that the maximum equivalent thermal stress of pipe increases with the increasing temperature, and occurs at the end of pipe, which is mainly caused by materials inhomogeneous deformation around the end of the pipe.
