BIM技术是目前我国建筑行业广泛使用的一种先进的信息化技术。文章对BIM技术在当下建筑施工中所应用到的特点进行分析,着重分析BIM技术在绿色施工中的应用,不仅降低了人工成本,还减少了材料的损耗,对实现建筑产业的绿色化有着巨大的推动作用。建筑行业对能源使用的能源消耗占比是我国所有行业中最大的一个。如何减少建筑业的消耗,是当下国民经济持续发展的重要目标。
