摘要
目前大部分卫生陶瓷企业调制修补材料都是采用耐火棉,耐火棉在较高温度烧成后吸水率偏大容易导致后期风裂及色差的问题。笔者结合生产实际案例,搜集了与相关专业的文献资料,研究通过引入玻纤布、镨黄、瓷粉、氧化铝等原料组成的新材料来调整修补材料的色差及抗龟裂性能,减少由修补材料引起的缺陷,并探究了修补干坯裂纹工艺,寻找最佳修补干坯裂纹的工艺以及最佳修补材料配方。
At present, most of the repairing materials for sanitary ceramics enterprises are made of refractory cotton. The high water absorption rate of refractory cotton after firing at a higher temperature can easily lead to later wind cracking and color difference. Combining with the actual production cases and literature collection of relevant specialties, this paper studies how to adjust the color difference and crack resistance of repairing materials by introducing new materials consisting of fiberglass cloth, praseodymium yellow, ceramic powder and alumina, so as to reduce the defects caused by repairing materials. We have explored the process of repairing cracks in dry billet, looking for the best process of repairing cracks in dry billet and the best formula of repairing materials.
