摘要 针对新工科建设多学科交叉特点,通过分析数字逻辑电路实验内容,结合生物工程专业背景,根据动脉血管内血流量和压强随心脏搏动周期性变化导致光线被血液吸收量周期性变化这一生理特性,利用光电转换原理,设计了一种便携式数字脉搏计数系统,测得的微弱电信号通过放大整形送入计数器,计数结果通过数码管直接显示,同时进行心率监测。实验表明,所设计的脉搏计数系统结合了电路、生物工程等多学科专业,是一个系统化、综合性的新工科实验案例。 According to the multi-disciplinary characteristics of Emerging Engineering Education, by analyzing the experimental content of digital logic circuit and combining with the background of bioengineering, the physiological characteristics of light being periodically absorbed by blood absorption according to the cyclical changes of blood flow and pressure in arteries with heart beats, using the photoelectric conversion principle, a portable digital pulse counting system is designed. The measured weak electrical signal is sent to the counter through amplification and shaping, and the counting result is directly displayed through the digital tube, and the heart rate monitoring is performed at the same time. Experiments show that the designed pulse counting system which combines multidisciplinary majors such as circuit and bioengineering is a systematic and comprehensive experiment case of Emerging Engineering Education.
