摘要 目的:利用巴马小型猪制作并建立体外膜肺氧合模型(ECMO)动物模型,为研究ECMO保护器官功能相关机制提供平台。方法:选用成年健康巴马小型猪,利用膜式氧合器套包,经股动脉插管引流,转流时间120min,观察ECMO血管通路,记录置管时间、出血量、术后出血并发症,以及撤除ECMO装置后小型猪的生活质量。结果:完成的巴马小型猪ECMO模型,经股动脉插管引流,转流时间120min,ECMO血管通畅,置管时间9min,出血量150mL,巴马小型猪术后1个月恢复良好,行动灵活。结论:该方法制作的巴马小型猪ECMO模型切实可行,简单实用,为利用ECMO保护器官功能相关机制的研究及临床急危重症的抢救应用提供研究平台。 Objective: The animal model of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) was produced and constructed in Bama mini pig to provide a platform for studying the mechanism of ECMO protecting organ function.Methods: The adult healthy Bama mini pig was used by membrane oxygenation kit, and the femoral artery cannula was drained. The bypass time was 120 min. The ECMO vascular access was observed. The catheter time, bleeding volume, postoperative bleeding complications, and the quality of life of the miniature pigs after ECMO removal were recorded. Results: For the Bama mini pig ECMO model intubated and drained by femoral artery, the transfer time was 120 min, the ECMO blood vessel was in patency, the catheter time was 9 min, the bleeding volume was 150 mL.Bama mini pig recovered well and acted flexibly 1 month after operation. Conclusion: The Bama mini pig ECMO model produced by this method is practical, simple and practical, and provides a research platform for the use of ECMO to protect organ function and the application of clinical critical and critical care.
