生理性裂纹舌与中医体质因素的相关性研究

Correlation between Physiological Fissured Tongue and Constitution of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:通过统计生理性裂纹舌的发生率及探讨和分析生理性裂纹舌与中医体质的相关性,为有效结合体质因素进行临床辨证辨病提供帮助,为深刻认知裂纹舌提供资料参考。方法:指导研究对象规范填写体质调查问卷,搜集生理性裂纹舌舌象并记录舌象特征统计生理性裂纹舌的发生率分析并探讨生理性裂纹舌与中医体质的相关性。结果:873例研究对象中,裂纹舌舌象97例,占11.11%;97例裂纹舌中,平和质11例,占11.34%;气虚质、气郁质均为9例,占9.28%,阴虚质29例,痰湿质、湿热质均为7例,阳虚质8例,血瘀质13例,特禀质4例。平和质和偏颇质的比例差异具有显著性,其中两两不同组比较中,阴虚质所占比例明显高于其他各类体质,差异显著。结论:舌象与体质有密不可分的关联,阴虚体质对生理性裂纹舌的产生有重要影响。

Objective: Through the statistics of the incidence of physiological fissured tongue and the discussion and analysis of the correlation between physiological fissured tongue and the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine, it provides help for effectively combining physical factors to distinguish diseases and provides data for deep cognitive fissured tongue.Methods: To instruct the subjects to fill in the constitution questionnaire regularly, collect the tongue picture of physiological fissured tongue and record the characteristics of tongue image to analyze the incidence of physiological cracked tongue and explore the correlation between physiological fissured tongue and TCMconstitution. Results: Of the 873 subjects studied, 97 cases (11.11 %) were fissured tongue;among 97 cases of fissured tongue, 11 cases (11.34%) were placid quality;9 cases (9.28%) were Qi Asthenia and Qi Stagnatiom constitution;29 cases of Yin Asthenia;7 cases of Damp and Damp-heat constitution;8 cases of Yang Asthenia constitution;13 cases of Blood Stasis constitution;4 cases of Specia constitution. The gap between placid constitution and Abnormal constitution was significant. In comparison between two different groups, the proportion of Yin Asthenia constitution was significantly higher than other types of physique, and the difference was significant. Conclusion: Tongue image is closely related to constitution, and Yin Asthenia constitution has an important influence on the production of physiological fissured tongue.
