针灸治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的文献计量学分析

Literature Metrological Analysis of Acupuncture Therapy for Dysphagia after Stroke

通过对近10年以针灸治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的现代文献进行统计分析,以期能够为临床与科研提供参考。方法:通过检索2008-2018年发表于中国知网、万方和维普的文章,获取针灸治疗脑卒后吞咽功能障碍的临床文献,并对文献发表期刊、实验设计方法、诊断标准、所用穴位、穴位归经、疗效评价标准等方面进行计量学分析。结果:通过筛选重复文件,根据文献纳入及排除标准,最终本研究纳入21篇文献,对它们进行文献计量学分析发现:2017年是文献发表最多的年份,刊登文献最多的是《针灸临床杂志》,纳入文献的西医诊断标准主要参考1995年全国第四次脑血管病会议制定的诊断标准《各类脑血管疾病诊断要点》,中医诊断参考标准主要参考1996年国家中医药管理局脑病急症协作组《中风病诊断与疗效评分标准》,疗效评定标准主要是洼水实验。治疗类型主要是针灸联合疗法,最常用的穴位是风池穴。

In order to provide reference for clinical and scientific research, the modern literature of acupuncture treatment for dysphagia after stroke in recent 10 years were analyzed. Methods: By searching the articles published on CNKI, Wanfang and Weipu from 2008 to 2018, clinical literatures on acupuncture treatment of swallowing dysfunction after stroke were obtained, and metrological analysis was conducted on the published journals, experimental design methods, diagnostic criteria, acupoints, meridian distribution of acupoints, efficacy evaluation criteria and other aspects. Results: Through the screening of duplicate files, according to the literature and exclusion criteria, 21 literatures were included in this study, an analysis of the literature metrology they found that 2017 was the year with the most publications, and most of them were published in Journal of Clinical Acupuncture and Moxibustion, the diagnostic criteria of western medicine included in the literature mainly referred to the Diagnostic Criteria of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases formulated at the fourth national conference on cerebrovascular diseases in 1995, the reference standards for diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine mainly referred to Criteria for Diagnosis and Efficacy of Stroke in 1996, which was jointly organized by State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine encephalopathy emergency coordination group, the curative effect evaluation standard was mainly Hollow Water Experiment. The main treatment type was acupuncture combined therapy, the most commonly used point was fengchi point.
