企业是技术创新的主体,企业技术中心是企业创新的载体。因此,要建设好企业技术中心,应该从六个方面来加强建设。具体为“一把手”重视,要作为“一把手”工程来建设;培育全员创新氛围,营造全员参与创新的氛围和土壤,提供技术创新的源动力;培养技术队伍和专业技术带头人,推动企业技术中心的建设和企业整体技术创新水平的提高;加强技术中心自身建设,通过建章立制、履责到位、选好带头人来构建企业技术中心健康发展的基础;开展产学研技术研发业务,促进公司科技创新队伍的建设和公司创新能力、核心竞争力的提升;重视知识产权管理,有效提高知识产权对企业经营发展的贡献水平。
