在新课改大环境下,小学阶段的教学目标也发生了相应变化,其中把培养学生内在核心素养作为首要教学目标.在小学数学学科,教师通过对信息技术的有效运用,可以学生学习兴趣的有效提高,为学生构造出一个高效、有趣、生动的数学教学课堂,为学生内在数学核心素养的培养工作提供保障。因此为了做好小学数学计算教学,教师就需要在这过程中充分运用核心素养做好小学数学计算教学的设计工作,从而通过这种方式,为促进小学生计算水平的持续提升提供更多的帮助。
