中西医结合护理临床路径在股骨骨折患者围术期中的应用研究

Application of clinical pathway of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in perioperative period of femoral fracture patients

目的观察股骨骨折患者围术期护理中应用中西医结合临床护理路径的效果。方法将我院2017年1月—2019年1月收治的60例股骨骨折患者作为研究对象,应用抛硬币方法随机分为2组,研究组实施中西医结合临床护理路径,参照组实施常规护理。对比2组患者的住院时间、生活质量以及相关并发症发生率。结果研究组患者生活质量评分和护理满意度评分均高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的住院时间短于参照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在股骨骨折患者围术期护理中应用中西医结合临床护理路径,可以有效缩短住院时间,提高生活质量,同时还有利于减少并发症发生,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,效果显著。

Objective To observe and explore the clinical effect of clinical nursing pathway of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in perioperative nursing of patients with femoral fracture.Methods To our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 in between 60 patients with femoral fractures were treated as clinical observation object,flip a coin method is applied to all of the patients were randomly divided into two groups,group of Chinese and western medicine combined with clinical nursing path,control group routine nursing,contrast and analysis of the hospitalization time of two groups of patients,the quality of life and related complications.Results The scores of life quality and nursing satisfaction in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The length of stay in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion In perioperative nursing care of patients with femoral fracture,the clinical pathway of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively shorten the hospitalization time and improve the quality of life of patients,on the other hand,it can also help to reduce the incidence of complications and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work.The effect is remarkable and worthy of application.
