摘要
目的探讨标准化病人在护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取江西医学高等专科学校2018届护理学生240名作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为2组各120例,对照组进行常规案例授课方式,观察组给予标准化病人进行教学。对比2组学生技能操作及案例分析成绩。结果观察组病史采集、病历书写、体格检查分数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论标准化病人应用于护理教学中能够提高学生技能考核能力及案例分析能力,提高教学质量,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the application effect of standardized patient in nursing teaching.Methods 240 nursing students of 2018 in Jiangxi medical college were divided into two groups by random number table,with 120 cases in each group.Control group was given routine teaching mode,and observation group was given standardized patient teaching mode.The scores of skill operation and case analysis were compared between two groups.Results The scores of medical history collection,medical record writing and physical examination in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized patient in nursing teaching can increase the ability of skill assessment and case analysis of students,and improve the quality of teaching,which is worthy of promotion.
