转杯纺纱纯棉帆布染色经向疵点的产生与分析

Generation and Analysis of Rotor Spinning Yarn Warp Defects in Dying Process of Cotton Canvas

文章从生产工艺入手,采用定性分析法对转杯纺纱纯棉帆布染色后出现的疵点进行了分析,找出了疵点产生的原因,采用单染涤纶的方法,精确定位织造过程中错纱的位置,为相关工作提供一定参考。

This paper started from productive process,used the method of identification of textile fibers to analyze defects of dyed pure cotton rotor spinning canvas,and found the reason for causing defects. Using the method of dyeing polyester only,precise positioning of wrong yarns were found. It provided references for relevant works.
