摘要
新建的香港机场自动旅客运输(APM)系统工程地质条件复杂,穿越填海区,未来不均匀沉降大,可能会造成APM行车面和导向轨错台。梳理了香港地方标准与国标的差异,结合APM系统特点,拟定适用于本工程的轨道技术标准,介绍了典型的行车面、导向轨、道岔设计。针对项目不均匀沉降的特点,创新设计采用“预制钢行车面+特殊扣件”的轨道组合结构,以实现远期的沉降调节目标。对导向轨支架设计进行了方案比选,采用新型钢支架取代T型板设计,取得降本增效成果。
Since the engineering geological conditions of the newly-built Hong Kong Airport APM which crosses the reclamation area are complex,the differential settlement will be significant,possibly causing the running plinth and guide-beam stagger in the future.In this paper,the difference between local standards and national standards is compared,applicable standards to the project are set up according to the characteristics of APM system.Then,the typical design of running plinth,guide-beam,switch and buffer is introduced.Combined with the project features of differential settlement,the innovative design of guideway composite structure adopts prefabricated steel running plinth+special clips to achieve the goal of long-term settlement adjustment.Through comparative selection of the guide-beam support designs,the new steel support is recommended instead of the T-shaped plate design,in order to gain more effect with less cost.
