应用球磨机处理锰酸锂正极材料型EMD的实验研究

摘要 EMD(电解二氧化锰)是制备锰酸锂电池正极材料的重要原料之一。研究采用JHM系列球磨式细磨机对EMD进行了超细粉磨试验,用ICP、激光粒度仪分析了EMD产品的理化性能,结果表明:产品最大粒度为6μm,d50=0.73μm,完全能够满足锰酸锂正极材料电池用电解二氧化锰粒度的要求。 EMD (electrolytic manganese dioxide) is one of the important raw materials for preparing cathode materials for lithium manganate batteries. In this study, JHM series ball mill was used to grind lithium manganate cathode material EMD. ICP and laser particle size analyzer were used to analyze the physical and chemical properties of EMD product. The results show that the maximum particle size of product is 6μm, d50=0.73μm, which can fully meet the requirements for particle size of lithium manganate cathode material EMD.
