摘要 针对地方工科院校在硕士研究生培养方面经常出现的与企业实际需求相脱节等问题,通过科技服务,主动介入地方产业发展。一方面,通过校企科技合作促进企业科技进步,与当地企业对接;另一方面,为企业培养一批技术骨干并锻炼、提升教师自身素质和技能,同时邀请企业技术骨干作兼职导师。通过这些措施,建立一个同时满足校企人才培养要求的化工专业研究生培养体系。 In view of the fact that the practical skills of graduate students in some universities are out of line with the actual needs of enterprises, we construct a graduate training program based on industry-university-research cooperation to improve the practical skills of graduate students. On the one hand, through university-enterprise cooperation, we participate in enterprise scientific and technological innovation activities and establish cooperative relations with local enterprises. On the other hand, through university-enterprise cooperation, we train technicians for enterprises, train teachers and improve their quality and skills, and further invite technicians from enterprises to serve as part-time university tutors. Through the above measures, we have set up a graduate training program of chemical engineering which meets the requirements of school/enterprise personnel training at the same time.
