摘要
学习倦怠是当下住院医师规范化培训中常见的心理现象。对规培生的身心成长、职业规划以及医疗行业未来发展皆有不良影响。学习倦怠现象的产生与规培生自身的个性、成长环境和教育方式密切相关。文章运用马斯洛需要层次理论构建学习倦怠现象模型,探究规培生产生学习倦怠的行为动机及其内因,并从帮助规培生满足更高层次需要的角度提出相应有效策略,为规培生摆脱学习倦怠提供参考。
Learning burnout is a common psychological phenomenon in the standardized training of residents. It not only has negative impacts on the physical and mental growth, and career planning of resident, but also produces harmful effect on the development of medical industry in the future. The emergence of learning burnout is closely related to the personality, growing environment and educational modes of residents. In this paper, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory is used to construct a learning burnout model, to explore the behavioral motivation and internal causes of learning burnout, and to propose corresponding effective strategies from the perspective of helping residents to meet higher needs, so as to provide references for residents to get rid of learning burnout.
