摘要
针对自动扶梯/自动人行道梳齿板安全保护装置的检测,基于STM32高速微控制器研发了一种高精度的、便携式的、操作简捷的检测装置。该装置含有触发模块、位移检测模块、嵌入式微控制系统模块以及计算机管理模块等,可以模拟异物夹入梳齿板与踏板面之间,使梳齿板产生垂直位移或水平位移,通过触发梳齿板安全保护开关,使自动扶梯/自动人行道及时停车,从而完成梳齿板安全保护装置可靠性的测试,并可检测梳齿板的受力大小和动作位移,以定量评估梳齿板安全保护装置的灵活性。样机测试结果表明:该装置的触发模块工作可靠,测力精度高,测位移误差小,安装快捷,操作方便,适合电梯生产商、电梯安装维保单位、特种设备检测院以及电梯质量监督检验机构等的使用。
In view of the detection of safety protection device for escalator/automatic sidewalk comb plate,a high-precision,portable and simple detecting device is developed based on high-speed microcontroller STM32.The device was included of trigger module,displacement detection module,embedded micro control system module and computer management module,and etc.The inclusion of foreign matter could be simulated between the comb plate and the pedal surface,causing vertical displacement or horizontal displacement of the comb plate,stopping the escalator/automatic sidewalk in time by triggering the safety switch of the comb plate.Thus,the reliability of the safety protecting device of the comb plate could be tested,and the force size and movement displacement of the comb plate could be detected,so as to quantitatively evaluate the flexibility of the safety protecting device of the comb plate.The prototype test results show that the trigger module of the device is reliable in operation,accurate in measuring force,small in measuring displacement error,fast in installation and easy to operate.It is suitable for the use of elevator manufacturer,elevator installation maintenance unit,special equipment inspection institute and elevator quality supervision and inspection organization,and etc.
