摘要
针对热轧带钢圆盘剪剪边过程中剪刃钝化导致剪切力偏大甚至提前换刀的问题,充分考虑到热轧带钢圆盘剪的设备与工艺特点,建立了圆盘剪考虑钝化与不考虑钝化两种情况下的剪切力计算模型、给出了相应的剪刃钝化计算模型,并从被剪切带钢的特性参数(包括带钢厚度、带钢强度、剪切带钢长度)与圆盘剪剪切工艺参数(主要包括间隙量与重叠量等)两方面入手,选择典型规格产品对圆盘剪剪刃钝化影响因素进行了定量分析。在此基础上,提出了一套适合于热轧带钢圆盘剪以降低钝化速率、延长剪刃寿命为目标的剪切工艺参数综合优化技术,并将其应用到某钢铁企业的生产实践,取得了良好的使用效果,具有进一步推广应用的价值。
The inactivation of cutting edge always causes the shear force too large even the knife is changed ahead of time.This paper,considering the equipment and process characteristics of hot strip disc shear,establishes the shear force calculation models of disk shear considering inactivation and not considering inactivation,and the corresponding calculation model of shear edge inactivation is given,and the characteristic parameters of shearing strip are given(including strip thickness,strip strength,shear strip length)and disc shear process parameters(mainly including gap quantity and overlap quantity)start with two aspects.The influencing factors of disc shear edge inactivation were quantitatively analyzed by selecting typical specification products.On this basis,a set of comprehensive optimization technology of shear process parameters suitable for hot strip disc shear with the goal of reducing inactivation rate and prolonging shear edge life is put forward,and it is applied to the production practice of an iron and steel enterprise,and good application effect has been obtained,which has the value of further popularization and application.
