摘要
针对热轧带钢圆盘剪剪切过程中废边容易撞击溜槽导致溜槽过磨损以及废边堵仓等问题,充分考虑到热轧带钢圆盘剪的设备与工艺特点,在分析了废边在剪切过程和溜槽内运行机理的基础上,选择典型规格产品采用有限元法从剪切过程与溜槽内两个位置入手,对废边在剪切过程中的应力应变分布及运行状态规律进行了定量模拟,得出了废边运行过程中的受力规律,废边在溜槽内的受力主要集中在刚接触到溜槽上板时;随着被剪切带钢厚度的增加,废边头部对溜槽上板的撞击力增加,废边刚度增大。本文为废边受力的优化与控制奠定了坚实的理论基础,对热轧带钢圆盘剪的工艺改进具有重要的参考价值。
The waste edge dashes against chute in the shearing process,it causes problems of chute wear and waste edge blockage.This paper selects typical specification products and quantitative simulates the stress and strain distribution and running state law of waste edge,the characteristics of equipment and technology are fully considered in FEM and starts from two positions in shearing process.The force law in the process of waste edge operation is obtained,the force of waste edge in chute is mainly concentrated when it comes into contact with the guide plate on chute.With the increase of the thickness of the shearing strip,the impact force of the waste edge head on the guide plate on the chute increases and the stiffness of the waste edge increases.This paper lays a solid theoretical foundation for the optimization and control of waste edge force,and has heavy emphasis on the process improvement of hot rolled strip disc shear.The reference value to be obtained.
