摘要
对MCCR生产线工艺特性下油膜轴承的承载性能进行了分析,针对MCCR轧制工况,为保证油膜轴承在低速重载下的承载能力和可靠性,采用了静动压结构。为提高油膜轴承承载的计算精度,采用了CFD分析方法,实现了油膜轴承计算可视化。通过对油膜轴承疲劳寿命分析计算,验证了轴承选型满足使用要求,确保轴承在使用期限内不会发生疲劳损伤,保证了轧机运行的可靠性。
Under the technological characteristics of MCCR production line,the bearing capacity of oil film bearing is analyzed.According to MCCR rolling condition.In order to ensure the bearing capacity and reliability of oil film bearing under low speed and heavy load,static and dynamic structure bearing is adopted.In order to improve the calculation accuracy of oil film bearing,CFD analysis method is adopted to realize the visualization of oil film bearing calculation.Through the analysis and calculation of the fatigue life of the oil film bearing,it is verified that the type selection of the bearing meets the requirements,ensures that no fatigue damage would occur during the service life of the bearing,and ensures the reliability of the operation of the rolling mill.
