摘要
本文以25MN铝挤压机后梁主缸作为研究对象,首先采用传统的理论计算及设计经验确定出后梁主缸的初始结构方案,再利用有限元数值分析,直观获取后梁主缸的应力分布及应力集中情况。基于后梁主缸各设计参数对于应力集中区域的灵敏度分析,以降低结构最大应力为目标,有针对性的合理改进缸体外径、缸底厚度、缸底圆角等主要结构参数,最终确定优化的结构方案,并通过有限元分析对比,优化后的后梁主缸各部位受力状况较初始结构均有显著改善,为挤压机后梁主缸的结构优化设计提供了一种有效的方法。
In this paper,the main cylinder of 25 MN aluminum extrusion press is taken as the research object.Firstly,adopt original theoretical calculation and design experience to obtain the initial structural scheme of the main cylinder.Then the finite element numerical analysis is used to obtain the intuitive stress distribution and concentration of the main cylinder.Based on the sensitivity analysis of design parameters for the stress concentration region,the main structural parameters such as cylinder outer diameter,cylinder bottom thickness,cylinder bottom fillet,etc.obtain targeted improvement,and the optimized structural scheme is finally determined aiming at reducing the maximum structural stress.Through the finite element analysis and comparison,the stress condition of the optimized main cylinder is significantly improved compared with the initial structure.The paper provides an effective method for the structural optimization design of the main cylinder of the extrusion press.
