摘要
树莓作为新兴经济林树种,具有很高的营养开发利用价值,在食品功能挖掘和产品加工利用方面潜力很大。本文综述了近年树莓栽培繁育、营养价值、活性功效和贮藏加工方面最新研究进展,为树莓产业持续发展提供了参考依据。
As a new economic forest species,raspberry has high nutrition value,and has great potential in food function exploited and product processing.In this paper,the latest research achievements in raspberry cultivation,breeding,nutritional value,active effect and storage and processing in recent years were reviewed,which provided a reference for the sustainable development of raspberry industry.
