摘要
针对煤矿采煤工作面高温高湿环境,拟采用一种简单的设计计算方法为矿井制冷冷水机组末端设计一种合适的空冷器以满足矿井的降温除湿要求,综合各方面因素,选择螺旋盘管式空冷器进行设计;通过校核验证,设计的空冷器能够满足降温除湿要求,且设计误差范围为0.16%。
In this paper,aiming at the high temperature and high humidity environment of coal mining face,a simple design calculation method is adopted to design a suitable air cooler for the end of mine refrigeration chiller to meet the cooling and dehumidification requirements of the mine.Coiled air cooler is designed;through verification,the designed air cooler can meet the requirements of cooling and dehumidification,and the design error range is 0.16%.
