为解决小型圆馒头成型机生产的馒头坯重量一致性差的问题,设计了一种基于PLC的圆馒头坯重量监控装置,实现了馒头坯自动称重、去重和分拣功能。试验证明,该装置提高了馒头坯重量的一致性,减轻了操作者劳动强度。

In order to solve the problem of poor consistency of the weight of round steamed bread produced by a small round steamed bread forming machine,a monitoring device for the weight of round steamed bread based on PLC was designed.The device can realize the functions of automatic weighing,sorting and weight removal of steamed bread.The experiment proves that the weight monitoring device of round steamed bread improves the consistency of steamed bread weight and reduces the labor intensity of operators.
