Box-Behnken法固化合肥湖积软土试验分析

摘要 合肥滨湖新区存在的大量湖积软土不利于滨湖新区建设,需对软土进行固化处理.通过添加GGBS、石膏、生石灰3种添加剂来进行固化软土试验研究,采用3种添加剂为影响因素,7d龄期固化土强度作为响应值,利用Box-Behnken法确定GGBS+生石灰+石膏3种影响因素的最优配合比.结果表明:GGBS、生石灰、石膏3种影响因素在养护7d龄期下的最优配合比分别是13.26%、3.73%、4.11%,对滨湖新区工程建设可提供参考. The large amount of lacustrine soft soil exists in Binhu New Area of Hefei which is not conducive to the construction of Binhu New Area and needs to be cured.Experimental study on solidified soft soil was carried on by adding GGBS,gypsum and quicklime additives.The optimized mixture ratio of GGBS,CaO and quicklime were obtained from Box-Behnken method as optimal ratio,with the contents of GGBS,CaO and quicklime as affecting factors,and with the unconfined compressive strength values of 7 day as response values.The result shows that the optimal proportion of GGBS,quicklime and gypsum are respectively 13.26%,3.73%and 4.11%at 7-day curing period.The results can provide reference for the construction of Binhu New District in Hefei.
