摘要
河西走廊的饮食由于地域、食料生产、社会习俗、气候条件、历史积淀的不同而存在一些差异。河西走廊饮食的名称由于涉及到历史、文化等因素,给译者的翻译带来了很大的困难和挑战。译者在翻译过程中对原文本的理解、翻译原则和翻译规范的选择和翻译策略的倾向都会使生成的译文产生差异。选择合理的翻译规范可以规范译文,对文内和文外影响翻译过程的因素都加以规约,会促进河西走廊的饮食外宣的发展。
Due to the differences of regions,culinary methods,social customs,weather condition and historical accumulation,the diets in different regions in Hexi corridor are different.The names of the diets in Hexi corridor contain the historical and cultural factors which make it difficult to translate the names of the diet into English.The translator's understanding of the source text,choice translation principles and norms and the inclination of translation strategy make the translated versions different.Reasonable translation norms can be adopted to standardize the translated text and to limit the factors in and outside the text affecting the translation,which is bound to promote the external communication of propaganda of Hexi corridor diets.
