摘要
文中对掘进机破岩粉尘产生机理进行分析,并具体分析了掘进机切削角、切削厚度及速度、截割齿磨损等对粉尘产生影响。研究结果对掘进机选型以及降低掘进面粉尘产生都有一定的参考价值。
In this paper,the generation mechanism of rock-breaking dust of roadheader is analyzed,and the effects of cutting angle,cutting thickness and speed,cutting tooth wear on dust generation are analyzed in detail.The research results have certain reference value for the type selection of roadheader and the reduction of dust generation in roadheading face.
