本研究以它波宁盐酸盐为起始原料,经过游离、还原、氧化重排、打浆、精制得到长春胺,该方法催化剂用量少,工艺操作简单,成品异构体含量低。

The study is focused on the modified synthesis process with tabersonine hydrochloride as the starting material,and vincamine was obtained by free,reduction,oxidation rearrangement,beating and refining.This method has less catalyst,simple process and low content of isomer.
