营养护理干预模式对晚期胃肠道肿瘤化疗患者的效果分析

Nursing Intervention Strategy for Patients with Advanced Gastrointestinal Cancer Chemotherapy

目的研究营养护理干预模式对晚期胃肠道肿瘤化疗患者的营养指标的影响。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年1月收治的60例晚期胃肠道肿瘤患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。观察组采用营养护理干预模式,对照组采用常规饮食指导,比较两组患者护理后的营养指标改善情况。结果干预后,两组患者的血清蛋白和血清前蛋白指标均升高(P均<0.05),NRS2002均下降(P均<0.05),且观察组各营养指标改善均优于对照组(P均<0.05);干预后,观察组患者的认知功能,躯体功能,社会角色功能,情绪功能等指标的改善状况均优于对照组(P均<0.05),且化疗后的不良反应总发生率为23.33%,低于对照组的50.00%(P<0.05)。结论营养护理干预模式能有效改善晚期胃肠道肿瘤化疗患者的各项营养指标,还可降低患者化疗后的不良反应。

Objective To study the effect of nutritional nursing on nutritional indicators in patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer chemotherapy.Methods 60 patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.30 patients in experimental group were treated with nutritional nursing,and 30 patients in control group were given routine dietary guidance.The nutritional indicators were compared after treatment between the two groups of patients.Results After intervention,the serum protein and preprotein in both groups were increased(P<0.05),and NRS2002 was decreased(P<0.05),and the improvement of nutritional indicators,cognitive function,physical function,social role function,and emotional function in experimental group was better than those of control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions after chemotherapy was 23.33%,which was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nutritional nursing intervention can effectively improve various nutritional indicators of patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer chemotherapy,and reduce adverse reactions after chemotherapy.
