船政文化中劳动精神的内涵及对高职院校人才培养的启示

The Connotation of Labor Spirit in Shipping Culture and Its Enlightenment to Talents Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges

弘扬劳动精神、开展劳动教育是顺应时代发展要求,是职业教育人才培养体系的重要组成部分。通过挖掘总结船政文化中劳动精神的内涵,对当前高职学生中劳动教育现状进行审视,针对高职学生人才培养劳动教育的不足之处,提出结合高职学生职业发展特点建立符合高职学生发展的培养目标和培养内容体系等解决对策,以期丰富船政文化的内涵,更好地在高职学生中弘扬劳动精神,产生良好的劳动教育效果。

Promoting labor spirit and carrying out labor education conform to the requirements of the times and are an important part of the talents cultivation system of vocational education.By excavating and summarizing the connotation of labor spirit in ship culture,this paper examines the current situation of labor education among higher vocational students,aiming at the insufficiency of the training of labor education for higher vocational students,and proposes to combine the characteristics of vocational development of higher vocational students to establish the training objectives and training content system that meet the development of higher vocational students,in order to enrich the connotation of shipping culture,better to promote the labor spirit among higher vocational students and produce good labor education effects.
