师资队伍建设是高职院校内涵建设的重要内容,也是提高人才培养质量、办出高职特色的关键。近年来,高职院校师资队伍建设取得了明显的成效,但依然存在诸如目的偏离、内容缺失、结构失衡、制度滞后、管理多头等问题,从而影响了高职院校师资队伍建设的可持续发展。因此有必要对这些问题进行探讨,寻找出有针对性的解决对策。

The construction of the teaching staff is an important part of the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges,and also the key to improving the quality of personnel training and the characteristics of higher vocational education.In recent years,the construction of the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges has achieved remarkable results,but there are still problems such as deviation of purpose,lack of content,structural imbalance,system lag,management long,etc.,thus affecting the sustainable construction of the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,it is necessary to explore these issues and find targeted solutions.
