摘要
作为分布式电动汽车整车控制技术的关键技术之一,电机驱动控制器具有很强的研究价值和实际研究意义。本文对常用的几种轮毂电机进行比较,选定无刷直流电机作为被控对象,并分析了无刷直流电机的结构和驱动工作原理。经过对比,选择STM32F103R8T6微处理器作为主控芯片,采用星形三相全桥驱动电路,分别利用Altium Designer 10.0和Keil 5实现对驱动控制器硬件和软件的设计。最后,制作出实物样机并在该系统上进行了实验,验证了本次设计的驱动控制器硬件和软件的正确性,满足了分布式电动汽车电机驱动系统的性能要求。
As one of the key technologies of distributed electric vehicle control technology,motor drive controller has strong research value and practical research significance.Comparing the commonly used hub motors,the brushless DC motor is selected as the controlled object,and the structure and driving principle of the brushless DC motor are analyzed.After comparison,the STM32F103R8T6 microprocessor was selected as the main control chip,and the star three-phase full-bridge drive circuit was adopted.The drive controller hardware and software were designed by using Altium Designer 10.0 and Keil 5 respectively.Finally,a physical prototype was made and experiments were carried out on the system to verify the correctness of the drive controller hardware and software of this design,and to meet the performance requirements of the distributed electric vehicle motor drive system.
