体感游戏对脑血管病偏瘫恢复期老年患者下肢康复训练的影响分析

Effects of somatosensory games on lower limb rehabilitation training in elderly patients with hemiplegia of cerebrovascular disease during convalescent period

目的探讨Kinect体感游戏对脑血管病偏瘫恢复期老年患者下肢功能康复训练的影响。方法将60例脑血管病偏瘫恢复期的老年患者随机分为对照组和体感组,每组30例。对照组自发进行常规康复锻炼。体感组在相同环境配置下自发进行体感游戏干预的日常康复锻炼。干预35d后,进行《体育锻炼等级量表(PARS-3)》以及日常生活活动(ADL)能力、肢体运动功能评定。结果干预35d后,体感组较对照组的康复体育锻炼等级评分显著提高(P<0.01)。两组患者经过恢复期的康复训练后ADL能力与肢体运动功能均有所改善;体感组患者的ADL及肢体运动功能评分水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Kinect体感游戏干预能使老年偏瘫患者参与康复训练更加积极主动,能有效提高康复训练效果。

Objective To investigate the effects of Kinect somatosensory game on lower limb functional rehabilitation training in elderly patients with hemiplegia of cerebrovascular disease during convalescent period.Methods Sixty patients with hemiplegia of cerebrovascular disease during convalescent period were randomly divided into the control group and the somatosensory group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation exercise spontaneously.The somatosensory group spontaneously carried out daily rehabilitation exercises with somatosensory game intervention under the same environmental configuration.After the intervention of 35 days,the Physical Exercise Rating Scale(PARS-3)and activities of daily living(ADL)ability and limb movement function were evaluated were performed.Results After the intervention of 35 days,the exercise grade scores of the somatosensory group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The ADL function and limb movement function were improved after convalescent rehabilitation training in both groups.The ADL and limb movement function evaluation scores of the patients in the somatosensory group were significantly higher than those of the patients in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kinect somatosensory game intervention can make elderly hemiplegic patients participate in rehabilitation training more actively in the convalescent rehabilitation exercise,and effectively improve the effect of rehabilitation training.
